My legs are aching.. from the 10km sundown run >_<
Initially, I wanted to 'chicken out' from it. I haven't been training and I didn't think I could make it... but my fighting spirit got the better of me, and I told myself it doesn't matter even if I walk.. so long as I finish the race.
I actually enjoyed the whole process of the race. To me, running is a test of endurance. It helps to develop the mental strength to overcome any odds I'm facing.
I'm proud of self for completing the race.. in 1hr 30 mins... and I'm going to find some exercise regime to start on, for I believe through exercising, it allows me to feel good about my body, and myself :)
Why this? About me and more

Finally... my personal blog is up!! The reason for starting this blog is so that i can talk about anything related to skin care. I've had acne problem since secondary school, and in learning to take care of it, I read and research a lot on skincare.
I used to feel very depressed (still do when I have out-breaks) and suffered from low self-esteem when I was growing up. However, as I mature, and learn to manage my acne problem, I also learnt to look beyond my imperfections. There's never a perfect skin. Our skin condition changes according to the weather, our mood, the choice of products used and etc.
I ask myself: Why strive for something that can never be achieved? I may not have a clear complexion, but at least I look good when I smile (with my dimple). I am not exactly well-versed in make-up (and all those naught about concealing), but I'm hardworking in taking care of my skin. I would like to believe that with the care put in, my condition will not worsen. Nowadays, when a pimple pop up and say "Hi", I'm not so affected by it already.
In short, I'm a skincare-junkie, and I've a soft spot for all skincare products (as long it is within my budget). In sharing my thoughts on skincare, tried and tested products, I invite you to comment and to exchange ideas on what has worked for you too. And to start the ball rolling, I decided to blog about my favourite eye mask - the Revitalizing Eye Mask from Suisse Programme.
I got this mask at a steal... paid over $30 plus dollors during the Sasa sale. I was shocked when the cashier told me the price. Without further ado, I went back to get the whitening care set. (I was overjoyed... cos the whitening set also costs $30 plus too)
Here's my experience on using the Revitalizing Eye Mask
Texture:
It feels like an eye cream - easily spreadable. I dabbed it over both eyes. (Make sure to use sufficient amount - don't scrimp on this), and and waited 10mins before removing off with a cotton pad (soaked with water).
Effects:
After removing the mask, both eyes feel lifted up. The effect is so fast.. such that i can totally understand why this brand is greatly recommended by 大S. There wasn't any discomfort or prickly sensation too.. It simply feels very comfortable! I give it thumbs up. Definitely something worth investing in.
